Poll question: So do you eat the ice cream?

Here's the scenario: April 1, we move into our new place and when we do there's a container of Breyer's vanilla ice cream left in the freezer by the previous tenant, with about 1/3 of the ice cream already eaten. Fast forward to 1.5 months later: we got some nice ripe strawberries and damn a strawberry sundae sounds yummy. So the question: do you eat the ice cream?

3. Not under even innocent circumstances. Though I'm afraid I'll get

thrown out of New England if people find out I don't eat ice cream. That's kind of a felony in this region.

...there was a gram or so chunk of hash left sitting on a shelf in the laundry room above the washing machine, nicely foil wrapped. I could have really used that ice cream that day....

7. Dammit. I'm looking for some validation here.

The ice cream and strawberries kicked ass.

It's been a few days and there's been no sign of ill effects on my health, yet my wife still rolls her eyes at me about it.

Also, I should add that we'd met the previous tenant when we first looked at the place. She was a reasonably clean person and a liberal as well. So there.

Raspberries and ice cream sound good :9, and I bet my wife would dig that too although I'd have to go to the store and buy an unopened container of ice cream.

Throwing out a liter of what is probably perfectly good ice cream sounds like the sort of needless waste that the Bush Administration would advocate. I'm appalled by the response to this poll. :silly:
