I don't really care for gastro-intestinal parasites or legionnaire's disease.

12. Norwegian twice and Carnival twice
Met my wife on a Carnival.

Not a big fan of those big ships though, although it is a good place to find a wife, at least it was for me. :)

Went on the Norway with an ex during the first Gulf war so prices had been slashed like mad and we got an upgrade to a great room.

The cruise where I met my wife was all a blur though. Went with two friends of mine, she was with 3 friends of hers. Let's just say we were young and enjoyed the bars and booze cruises.

I could never run for public office because there is a video of me and my friends singing the Rolling Stones song "Girl with Far Away Eyes" on a catamaran off the coast of Cozumel after having drank the boat dry that played on the ships televisions for what we thought was WAY too much.

:)

I should have bought it in retrospect, because one of my friends that was with me has since passed away, and I miss him tremendously. That would have been a great thing to remember watch.

4. North Atlantic.
USS Austin, LPD-4.
Also, Bicentennial, New York, 1976.
Not a cruise line I'd recommend, though.

None--but I *really* want to go on a Disney Cruise.
Doesn't matter which one... I just really really want to.

5. I did an Alaskan cruise, from Vancouver to Anchorage
I'd never had any interest in doing a cruise, but that one very much interested me, since it's Alaska and beautiful!

And I loved it!

I think I could do that cruise every year. I've never seen beauty like I saw on that cruise. And the food - wonderous! But mostly the scenery. Holy shit.

15. never been on one
though I was on what was sortof a sleeper ferry (eg there were rooms, but it also carried cars) to go across the North Sea from Norway to Coppenhagen. We had been seeing family in Norway but could only fly back from Coppenhagen. To a 13 it was a cruise though it was just over night. I somehow talked my parents into buying me a 'Tom Collins' my first drink... okay my first mixer with no alcohol...
