Loungiacs....how do you relax?
Seriously. I have been so busy as of late that I am finding that I am not enjoying my life. It has gone beyond "feeling stressed" to feeling a somewhat gnawing dislike of my life as it is currently playing out. I can do little to change my circumstances at the moment. I also can't drink or...smoke things.... because it puts me out of commission for too long.

Soooooooooo.... I am needing to hear some suggestions on what a person can do to relax during the course of a very busy day. I feel like tearing my hairs out. I can probably find 10 or 15 minutes during different points in the day... maybe.

Ok... now I have to go back to work for another 4 hours.

Help Loungiacs!

3. I know you DUers like the back of my hand....
I put that I couldn't "smoke things" right in my first post because I knew you happy campers would make that suggestion. But I appreciate the thought! :D

6. yoga is actually a good thing to do, even for the athletically
challenged like me. i got a beginner tape in Suncoast Video (i can't remember the name of it, but it said something about 'for beginners'). i'm horrible at stuff like that and i could only do it for 15 minutes at a time but it was VERY relaxing.
