Retrieving voice mails on speakerphone

Is there a more annoying office habit than someone listening to their voice mails on their speakerphone at high volume with their office door open?

I certainly can't think of any.

1. There's plenty that do that in my department.

And then when it gets too personal, they'll pick up the phone real quick.

The more annoying office habit is having a LOUD personal coversation right outside my office door. That's worse. Just go somewhere else, people, I'm trying to get some work done here.
