97F here in Central Texas today
This summer is gonna be a scorcher. Time to get out the sunblock and the wide brim hats.

Also time to get ready to hit the swimmin' holes, and there are plenty of good ones around here.

What are the temps like in YOUR area?

3. A balmy 86 here.
Definitely pool weather. One of the bank clocks in town is registering 20 degrees higher than the actual temperature. Practically gave me a heart attack the other day. We've had a cooler than normal spring in Central Florida but I think it's going to be a HOT summer.

5. I'm Jealous!
a lame ass rainy 65F today in Central Ohio. It's been consistently cooler this year. What I'd give for some scorching heat!

6. It's ok for now
But this is gonna begin getting old before too long. We seem to be in a hot and dry pattern now, and it looks like it will stay that way until about late September.

I am looking forward to getting out and hitting the swimming holes, though. Maybe take a lazy float on one of the many natural springs around here, a nice cold drink in hand.
