1. i had to admit that once in college.....

i could recall however doing bong hits with a cab driver, crashing a benefit gala in a sweater and jeans and sitting next to andy roonwy......playing hide and seek near the empire state building at 4am and ending up stuck on the express train to harlem while getting a ticket for smoking on the subway. hey, they didn't find me at least.

9. he was drunk and we were pretty sure that his companion was, ehem......

hired. but he was pleasant.
the waitress knew we were students (this was colllege and her day job was cafateria lady) and she thought it was funny so she brought us a jeraboam? i dunno, huge bottle of champagne, and the two of us drank it very quickly. then we took another for the road.

11. it was a big thing to do when i was a teen.

we would just go to manhattan all dressed up with no money and no plan, and somehow we always ended up somewhere drunk dancing laughing hanging out with whoever would let us get away with it. a good party always has room for a few more. LOL.

and i guess i just liked that about them. i was a shy kid myself, i just tagged along for the ride.
