How do you eat a flea collar?

One of my cats needed a flea collar so I got one today.

On the package are "first aid" measures. The first item: If swallowed...

This assumes first that someone WOULD eat a flea collar, and second that someone COULD do it. Are either possible?

Mind you, it doesn't say "if flea collar is put in mouth"; you've gotta get it all the way down.

using a food blender, chop lightly using pulse until large slightly phosphorescent pieces are uniformly distributed. You may alternatively wish to use a julienne attachment.

Sautee in a little bit of olive oil with some minced garlic and parsley and snipped chives. When collar pieces begin to sizzle, add a couple of tablespoons of butter. Toss until they begin to change color, remove from heat and immediately squeeze some fresh lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and voila! Delicious, nutritious cat collar scampi.
