Very soft washed cotton lounge pants and a tank top, usually. Shorts instead of the pants if it's too warm.

Nah, flannel pants and a T-shirt. Can't sleep unclothed for two reasons. First, if you're lazy like me you know that washing underwear is a lot easier than washing sheets and re-wrapping the bed. Second, the human body is a hideous thing, especially when it looks like mine and I am sick of waking up with harpoon wounds and surrounded by whaling ships.
