The scitzo guy we've dubbed Benny is back.
He sits out in front of our building talking to people who aren't there. Then he rolls himself a "cigarette", takes a drink of his 40, and starts cursing at our building. Monday he showed up in a yellow fro wig. He is a little scary. We don't leave the building on foot after around 7:30. Ahhh...Urban living....
