Was Pooh's Heffalump Movie an anti-Bush message?

Thinking of the passing of John Fiedler, who played Pooh from "The Blustery Day" in 1968 to "Pooh's Heffalump Movie" released this year, I thought about his last film.

In "Heffalumb," Roo befriends a small Heffalump--which up until this film had been an imaginary creature in Pooh lore--after first trying to hunt and capture it. The rest of the gang had convinced him that Heffalumps were scary monsters, and had set out to capture one loose in the forest, leaving Roo behind. Roo went out on his own, planning to capture it, but instead befriending a child Heffalump.

Near the end of the film there is a scene where the "grownup" Pooh animals set traps for the young Heffalump and terrorize him, and in a very uncharacteristic Pooh scene, all of the older animals are shown with stern, scary faces.

Anyone else who has seen this film wonder if this was a slap at the current war attitudes in America?

1. Tao of Pooh

After reading the Tao of Pooh, I respected the Winnie the Pooh cartoons a whole lot more. It wouldn't surprise me if the Heffalump movie had parrallels to the War on Terror cause the Pooh cartoons are deeper than people realize.
