Seriously, I have never seen anything like this before. Give it a try!

For example here's the map for Roxy Music. You could easily get lost in this site for hours.

1. I'll keep this listed
I'm gonna write it into my Net Book and use it for later reference.

2. Holy shit, that's awesome.
I put in Matchbox 20 and got all of the bands past and present that I listen to... even the little known (at least in the USA.. fairly big in Canada) Our Lady Peace... also Dishwalla & Better than Ezra.

Thanks for the killer site!

3. I just tripped over it one day
It's amazing how many groups map to each other-- even ones that don't really sound alike.

(BTW I've heard of Our Lady Peace-- but I'm in Minnesota, where many parts of the state only get the CBC-- no US networks!)

4. I grew up in WA about 30 minutes from the border so I got all of the
Vancouver, BC radio stations, and no Seattle stations... which means I'm a big fan of Canadian music :-)

They briefly made it in the USA, but never really toured here or anything.

6. I've been using that site for 4 years now....
I was an early adopter, you could say.

Oh, and if you go to http://www.gnod.net , you can access the same thing for movies and books.
