I have a moonlighting job delivering phone books for Yellow Book in order to make some extra summer money, and I only have my route half-done, and it's too wicked-hot to deliver the rest of them today. I might deliver them tonight when it gets relatively cooler. It's almost 100 degrees outside again today, though. And to make matters worse, I have to use my father's minivan that has no working air conditioning, because my car is getting a new alternator installed.

Everything's just too fucking hot for me these days.

Go to the dumpster, put them in, shut the door and tell them that you delivered them but there was this shady charactor following you around the whole time. Tell them you think he was from AllTell and that you think he picked up all the phone books you delivered and threw them away......

6. I was at a clients home the other day

We were going over what needed to be done in order to add a bathroom to their home. The area they are wanting to convert already has a large closet in it and we were poking around in there discussing what had to be removed. I noticed noticed bundles and bundles of phone books all wrapped in plastic shrink wrap. I asked what in the world they were doing with all those phone books, and the lady told me her son had some leftover from his job delivering them the year before.
