5. The hardest part is getting on the ladder from the loft
nothing to hang onto. I'm not sure if that method would work, the ladder isn't perfectly vertical.

It is lovely except they seem to be doing some work on the bridge over my head. Good thing too. Earlier today a hunk of metal came flying off and hit me - it felt like a whip. It must have dropped at least 100 feet if not more.
