8. Oh, there's been a few
But the thing about that record to me is that Lennon laid everything on the line in his songs; it's really a frightening record to listen to because of the emotional intensity to it. McCartney certainly has never approched that; hell, very few artists at that time have.

How can you listen to "My Mummy's Dead", and not get en emotional kick in the stomach? It was just a brilliant record from start to finish..

6. There is only one exceptional Beatles solo album
Plastic Ono Band. That shit RAWKS.

other than that one incredible album, I have very little time for Solo beatles stuff. Most of it PALES in comparison to their stuff as a group

11. Plastic Ono Band
Mother and Working Class Hero are just killer cuts; overall it's the best; ATMP, Imagine and BOTR are tied for second; even Ringo is pretty good; Ram and Goodnight Vienna are the weakest of those listed.

12. I like a lot of the ex-Beatle solo albums
Even Wings' "Wildlife," but I must say that "All Things Must Pass" is without a doubt the best of the lot. "Plastic Ono Band" is a close second, though.
