6. I had a pretty good day..but I did feel tired...

I go to the gym every other day, and today was the day..Now, some days are easy..and some are not...

Today was NOT...and I've been tired the rest of the day...

So even though I took a nap, I'm still kinda tired....

Plus I was waiting for a friend to call, and that didn't happen...

Oh well...I hope tomorrow will be better!

At least we got off level 3! And our 48 hour posts are restored...

you can do that ANYTIME! I'm a great reader/listener. I've had my days lately. Waiting to hear from my son who NEVER calls or writes. I've been feeling SO down for all of those hurtin' people in the south.
I AM taking a load of clothing to Fort Custer in Michigan on Saturday, been collecting LARGE size ladies wear to donate. Should have quite a car full by the weekend! That's sort of perking me up a little bit. If we all do a little it will amount to a lot!

Woke up after four hours and couldn't get back to sleep. After trying in vain for about two hours I finally got up, ate a bowl of cereal and went to work out. Then I got my hair cut, returned some things to the Samsonite store since I won't be needing them (vacation is down the tubes). Then I went looking for a tasteful skirt that wasn't too young, wasn't too frumpy, and was knee length or 1-2" above. I went to four or five stores and finally gave up.

sounds like a tough day:( I'm sorry your vacation is down the tubes. I hate hate hate shopping for clothes. I've lost so much weight I don't know what size I need now. I never could find anything that fit or looked good. You'd think I'd love shopping now, but it's just too overwhelming. I have a friend who is going shopping with me for an entire weekend in October, hopefully we'll find some stuff then.

You'll find that skirt when you least expect to.

I'll take more sleep meds, go shopping elsewhere and hope for the best. In fact if I head out in one direction I can stop at K-mart, then hit Target, then go to a huge outdoor mall if neither of those pan out. (Wal-fart can kiss my bum) As long as I have the skirt by the 22nd I'm ok.

at least with the gas prices, there isn't so much traffic to contend with. I am driving a LOT slower ..yuk.. takes me longer to get home but I do save on fuel.

I've got a date with a man a decade younger than me this weekend...the first since my ex and I split up a few months ago. We talked on the phone for 2 hours tonight. I'm sure we could have doubled it, but it was getting late and all.

He's funny, progressive and a cutie to boot. (hey! just like you!! just...ah...different equipment, so to speak)
