I took ballet for a semester in college many, many moons ago and enjoyed it (except when a riser fell on me while we were at barre).

I can do fairly well if it involves walking on slim surfaces.

But different body positions, like yoga demands for instance, are hard for me because my back has been fused. So I can't used it for leverage.

5. I used to have excellent balance
I'm a horseback rider and used to work with a bridge building crew, walking on steel I-beams and working on scaffolding that would wave in the wind.

Age and injury have affected my balance - it's not so hot anymore. I have a hard time standing on one leg, for instance - luckily, the occasions upon which I need to stand on one leg are few and far between but it still irks me that I can't do it well.
