1. Here's my take on it
West Coast
-more laid back
-more health conscious
-tree hugger/granola eaters
-values leisure more
-more dependent upon cars
-more casual
-more spontaneous

East Coast
-more driven and career oriented
-patronized the arts more
-more rooted in their communities
-more highly educated
-uses transit
-more, "Go, go, go"

So much one could say... but what stands out for me now is:

6. Oh, I thought maybe we were discussing different rap genres.
As for people, generall, I don't really know many East Coasters, so I can't compare the two.

11. I've lived on both coasts.
I like the more relaxed vibe out on the Left coast better. Still, the East has a lot of great history and wonderful institutions (Smithsonian, etc.)

12. West coasters sleep in like 3 hours everyday
it makes them more relaxed than the East Coasters who just might shoot you in the face.

17. Restaurant stereotypes
Server in an East Coast restaurant: "No, we don't have no soy milk. Whadda ya want, the moon? Heah's ya koahfee, regyalah, wit' cream and shugah."

Server in a West Coast restaurant: "Hi, my name is Rainbow, and I'm going to be your server today...Our specials are like, oh, I forgot. Anyway, is that cream and sugar you're putting in your coffee? Oh my God, don't you know that milk is, like, made of mucus?"
