Any way to break ties using the "RANK" function? Say I want to rank employees based on how many widgets they made but instead of getting the duplicates that "RANK" will return, I'd like to resolve ties by who has the most seniority.

For example:

Employee..........# widgets............# days w/co.
X.........................3.....................365
y.........................2.....................367
z.........................2.....................366

If I use "RANK" on # of widgets I'm going to get 1,2,2 respectively. Any way to include the 3rd column to get rankings of 1,2,3?

Thanks in advance.
