Poll question: So I have decided to coin two new terms...
Monovore and Multivore.

A monovore must keep all parts of a meal separate and they must all be eaten separately, with a cleansing of the palette between sections of meal. AlienGirl is an example of the monovore.

A multivore doesn't really give a darn what part of the meal gets with what. Mashed potatoes mix freely with everything else. Hell sometimes they intentionally will dump a bunch of disparate types of foods and blend them together in some insane mixture. everythingsxen is an example of a multivore.

1. Other
Depends on what the foods are. Some foods mix well with each other, some don't.

2. I'd consider myself a multivore.
I like mixing everything with mashed potatoes or rice when I eat it.

For example, the other day, I had rice and beef. Whenever I had a chunk of meat on my fork, I had to mix rice with it too. I do the same thing with turkey and mashed potatoes.

3. Not just a monovore...
But I even rotate my plate so whatever I'm eating is "closest" to me. I usually go clockwise, as well, unless someone else makes the plate, which can be kinda confusing.

No, I've never been accused of having OCD, why do you ask?

4. I was a Monovore as a child...but then I'd guess many were.
Never let my peas touch the meat, or the gravy, for that matter. Eat them separately, but not to completion.

Drove my sisters nuts. :)

5. Even at a restaurant
when they bring veggies on those little side dishes, I just dump it all onto the big plate with the entree, it saves room on the table too.
