1. What always worked for me

was to lay with a small, firm pillow in the small of my back. I don't have those problems anymore but I remember well how you feel. :hug:

As soon as I get home I'm turning my heating pad on high and strapping it across my back. For now though I have to make do with the meds, which just aren't doing it.

but I was lucky enough to never have really bad cramps and since I take the pill those things that called themselves cramps are gone completely.

6. I can't take the pill anymore

It makes my migraines infinitely worse, plus I'm over 35 so the side-effect risks are increased. When I was on it for cramp control, however, it worked like a charm.
