I recently sold two interrelated short stories to an online science fiction podcast called "Escape Pod".

They bought another Union Dues tale about three weeks ago, it will be posted in Feb 06 (or so Steve Eley tells me), and if I get a bunch of comments they might buy the other five stories in the series.

11. The nice thing about Escape Pod -

is that I sell them the one time audio rights and still retain print rights, so I can still shop the first story around to magazines. With luck if it's popular at Escape Pod I can sell the whole series as a book of shorts (or sell the entire UD Novel I have written) while the stories are appearing at Escape Pod.
