LOS ANGELES, Nov. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Nick Carter called in to Ryan Seacrest from Spain today to clear up the marital rumors between him and Bai Ling. Ling was quoted by publications saying that she was in love and that the two of them are engaged! A representative from Bai Ling's camp informed Carter's rep that she never said the things that were reported. Carter and Ling are just friends and Nick is dating and most recently he has been linked with a sexy singer from the Atomic Kittens while on his European tour.

Carter says, "We are just friends and I'm dating, but would love to meet a great girl that has her life in order and understands my career goals."

Carter is currently touring with the Backstreet Boys in Europe and writing music to prepare for his projects and working with his production company upon his return to the US.
