8. I'm not indifferent, I actively dislike her. And her voice. Prefer McVie
And maybe once when I was 14 I wanted to do her, but that was when I was 14 and would have done a tree stump.

The mystic witch dungeons and dragons stuff was silly.

14. I thought this was about the voice
She had a great voice in the mid-70s.

"Dreams" is one of my all-time favorite songs, as is "Rhiannan."

"Gypsy" and the later stuff? Not my proverbial cup of tea.

12. she's got two three good songs...other than that, bleh.
It's amazing to me how people kiss her butt like she's some kind of musical genius, and I can see how her voice would get on one's nerves.

But her two or three good songs really kick butt.

20. Yay- then and now
I saw her back in the late 70s with Fleetwood Mac, solo in the 80s and again in 2001. She still rocked, she was funny and sweet and put on a great show.

23. Big nay! Least talented in the band and I'll never forgive her
father for tearing down Legend City to build his princess a venue for her talentless ass. Just another rich kid that had her daddy buy her a career.

24. Absolutely love Stevie! Have listened to her since I was a child!
I think I actually own every Stevie album/CD and almost all Fleetwood Mac albums/CDs and the box set. I even own an original Buckingham/Nicks album.

Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks remind me of my sister who passed away a little over a year ago. She was a teen back in the early/mid 70s and I was just a kid, but we used to sit and listen to Fleetwood Mac albums on her stereo for hours. We went to see Stevie in concert back in the 1980s (it was the Other Side of the Mirror tour) and it brings back such good memories. We actually got to meet her for just a few minutes because we had a friend that worked for the radio station that was helping to promote the tour in our city. I know it is impossible to judge someone's personality in 20-30 minutes, but she was very nice to us. I talked with her about vintage clothing and she gave me one of her shawls she used on tour.

29. Absolutely love everything about her, too!
So sorry about your sister - glad Stevie brings back good memories. Wow - you have one of her shawls? Lucky gal! Love the way she dresses - and sings. And her rendition of Silent Night is an ongoing seasonal must for me.

and Randi Rhodes. You could claim they were sisters because they look so much the same.

30. Years ago, I used to refer to her as living proof that...
...cocaine is bad for you.

I haven't contemplated here in about a hundred years.

I haven't heard "Sara" in about a hundred years whereas there was a time one heard it a hundred times a day.

This is one of the few good points of the modern age.

... but her music was never that good IMHO.

They could have done Rumours without her, it wouldn't have made much differnce :)
