My brother is okay. He's out of the hospital now and is resting comfortably at home.

He was blacked-out for seven hours. He doesn't remember what happened to him between 9 pm and 4 am. When he came to at the hospital, he found out that someone wrote all over his back in permanent marker (something degrading and filthy), his blood alcohol content was .25, and all his money was gone from his wallet. Everyone thinks he could've been drugged by someone at the bar, but who knows. The toxicology tests came back negative, but something is obviously fishy. We're going to get a police officer and conduct an investigation and find out whether or not charges should/can be filed.

I really was worried...glad to see that you are going about this the right way. One of the more popular night clubs which I used to frequent up in Seattle was notorious for spiked drinks. Women especially found themselves victimized like this. (A female associate of mine left her drink at the table when she went to the bathroom. This mistake cost her dearly...). I think that the Seattle PD eventually caught up to the creep who was doing this but watching your drink is always a prudent choice. I DO hope they catch these bastards who did this to your bro... Glad to know things are improving with him, good luck in this matter Err, we are all with ya'
