Poll question: Genetics quiz (c'mon, help me out ) :)

In my high school biology class they told us a few common things were examples of genetically controlled traits. Examples were can you curl your tongue, or when you interlace your fingers, which thumb is on top.

With me, my left thumb is on top--how bout the rest of ya? :)

(I know it isn't critically important or anything, I'm just curious)

1. I've never thought about it before, but definitely left on top.

I tried it with the right on top, and it feels really creepy.

a follow-up could be are you right or left handed, etc.

2. I believe in equal time on top. I think that she gets a good amount

out of being in control.

As for my thumbs, left thumb dominates.

And yes, I can curl my tongue, and flip it, invert it, wiggle it...

Even though the numbers seem to be evening out, and if the thumb trait were linked to handedness I'd expect the odds ratio to be kinda lopsided.

I'll think of anything to keep me away from my statistics homework--even statistics! ;)

He kinda rubbed me wrong when I first met him, but he wasn't quite as much of a pain in the ass as I had thought.

I'm a bit ambidextrous, actually. I am right-handed when I write, but I usually always eat with my left hand, although I can also eat with my right if I want to. My tendency is to eat with my left, though. My right thumb is over my left, when I interlace my fingers. It feels truly bizarre to do it the other way around. Yuck1

I guess I'm just wacky.
