I am more than a bit curious as to the questions. Was it really long?

The last one I took from Kinsey was close to 100 questions.

and then an optional survey about arousal.

5. Just started - what's the deal with the separate question

about whether you're Hispanic / Latina?

Why is that the second question, then the third is "what is your race"?

I've never understood why forms often have an option that usually reads "White (non-Hispanic)"? Do Hispanic people get confused and check white that much?

What's the deal with this? Does anyone know?

7. the US is bigotted

and wants people who think they're white because they're of european descent, to know that if they are from a spanish speaking country, no matter how "white" they were there, here in the US they too are second class citizens

9. White hispanic

means Cuban or Spanish or Argentine or Chilean (there are probably others).. Lots of Europeans migrated to Latin countries, and have "kept their bloodlines pure enough to remain white"..

My father was born in Cuba to a mother who was born in France and a father who was born in Spain..He was technically a Cuban , but was white.
