Who was president before you were born?
If you're talking the United States, my answer would have to be Theodore Roosevelt. ANd Benjamin Franklin. And that other Roosevelt lad. And John F. Kennedy. And Andrew Jackson. And a few others.

6. Franklin D. Roosevelt at the the actual time of my birth.
It was an election year, 1948 and one of the greatest political upsets in history, as incumbent President Harry S Truman defeated Republican Thomas Dewey.
