Ha! VH1 broke up my friend's band

I was googling another band and was surprised to see them come up on the vh1 page, so I searched the vh1 site to see if my friend's band would be in there and oddly enough, there it was.

That in and of itself is hilarious, but more hilarious is the bio which claims they "were" a band.

Apparently when I saw them play recently, I was seeing some spooky cyborg/hologram/impostors from the past and not my actual friends.

Music First, facts later, eh VH1?

"Bantam Rooster
The Deadly Snakes (rap)"
