1. One of my long-lost favorites, when I first went to university, was
sold by students from teh Physics Deaprtment. It had "And God said" followed by several rows of a complex formula (some theorem or other...I forget which one) and then "...And there was light."

I wish I had it now...

4. You gotta love department humor
We used to sell shirts with the 'circle of fifths' on the back (music theory thing)

I also like this one that they sell at choir camp:
