Weird stuff you like to eat?
(no this isn't a sex thread by the way)

Tonight I made myself stir fried tofu, onions, and broccoli with curry and cumin. Oh boy, was it good.

14. I love liver
Especially fried chicken livers. My sister and I used to fight over the last ones.
That stuff will kill you so I only treat myself to it once or twice a year.

33. I love liver too
But I have to watch my intake, so it's a once-or-twice-a-year treat, except for the 'samples' that come with chickens and turkeys. Try taking chicken livers, wrapping them in bacon, and baking till done. God that's good.

8. Tofu is great...
...though most people think it's disgusting. I drink soy milk and eat soy ice cream, not because of vegetarianism, but because I like it. I also eat wheat pasta, tastes awful at first, but then after you get bused to it it tastes just like the regular kind. Overall, my family eats mostly healthy food we get at this place called Henrys down here in SoCal.

18. My mother's version of haluski
Ingredients!

1. Boiled egg noodles or homemade noodles!

2. One entire package of bacon fried up...with about 4 large onions!

3. One head of cabbage...this must be cut up in thin slices...shredded is far too thin...you then need to cook the cabbage in either the left over lard from the bacon...or loads of butter.... This can be done in a crockpot but you need to keep stirring it so that the cabbage is cooked until its thoroughly cooked.

The cooked bacon is then mixed in with the cabbage and when the cabbage is done...the noodles are added....

Mix this cholesterol nightmare together and then when thoroughly mixed up... pile some on a plate and top with sour cream!!!!!!

Wash down with Slivovitz....yum!!!

I think I gotta make some of this!!!!

50. Noper - it's a soup - maybe more a stew,
and the base is like miso soup (in Korean ten-jang) but it's fermented. Sort of pickled soy paste. It's really smelly, but really good in winter.

24. I have my own way of eating a 3 Musketeers bar.

You might say I skin it! First I eat away all the chocolate coating. Then, and only then, do I sink my teeth into the nougat within.

Suffice it to say, I've gotten some odd looks over the years from people who've seen me eat a 3 Musketeers bar! :-)

26. I've done that too
Also did the same thing with Snickers bars and Baby Ruths. With Oreos, I like to get about four of them and eat all the cookie part until all that's left is one cookie and four layers of cream, then I eat it.

However, I only eat this stuff about one day a month now (if even) for the past year because I used to be a massive sugar addict. (As if that wasn't obvious.)

39. Pork Chitterlings!
Specifically Chinese style chitterlings stewed in a soysauce broth with added spices like Star Anise, Clove, Cinnamon, Cumin etc...

You can get them in San Francisco's China town, Clement Street and Noriega Street in some Chinese deli's next to the roast ducks, Roasted pork , soy sauce chicken etc...

They sell them by the "coil". I usually get a pound (3-4 coils) they slice them up, put it into take away boxes with a few tooth picks and I eat them like cocktail sausage. They have a taste all their own with an interesting rubbery texture. Real good! Trust me. You just have to try it for yourself to believe it.
