South Park is starting to piss me off.
It seems like every episode is GOP propaganda anymore. Did anyone see the one about smoking and the tobacco companies last night?

I know it's just a cartoon, and not supposed to be taken seriously. And I like South Park -- it's funny. Unfortunately, kids who watch do take it seriously, and will think they're learning the real history of big tobacco, etc.

1. I stopped a long time ago--it just wasn't funny anymore
All they did was preach the joys of the GOP. It's clear that what they're doing isn't satire anymore, but really trying to ram thier simple-minded beliefs down our throats.

2. Big whoop
Anti-smoking busybodies tell as many lies as tobacco companies, and everybody has an agenda. That's what they were saying.

6. Wrong!
It's not just that episode (because I didn't see it) think about the take-off on Starbucks, Big Gay Al being a scout leader, the Rainforest--the list goes on and on.

5. yeah
they are pretty consistently libertarian really. It's hardly conservative or liberal. They make fun of liberal stuff and conservative stuff. They make fun of anti-smoking groups one week, and religious groups the next.
