Major annoyance: Reporters reporting on other reporters reporting
Most of the time, I don't think the news should be the news. If reporters are concerned about how the Iraq war is being reported or whether reporters are being too hard or too soft on Bush, Michael Jackson etc, then shouldn't they have an internal meeting about it and not bother me with their faux internal struggle on how to do their own job? Just report the damn news already! The only thing worse than watching a report about reporting is watching two or more reporters debate on camera how and what to report.
