Any place i can get flowers sent to my mother tomorrow?
I was just so busy (I know, I know, bad daughter) this week that I neglected to send anything to my mother
in California (I'm in the Pacific Northwest).

Anyone have a clue what I can do to get here a gift or I am I just up the river?

thanks

3. Check these guys out:
www.teleflora.com

Don't know if they can help or not but give it a shot.

5. I will check the out, Suich, and thanks
That may work better than contacting the local florists directly, if I can do it tonight.

I'm getting desperate.

6. You might want to try calling a florist in her area directly
Edited on Sat May-13-06 01:44 AM by Indy_Dem_Defender
I worked for a florist as a delivery driver for a few years and I still help out during the busy times (Valentines and Mother's Day). The Place I work at and I know alot of other florist shut down their services on friday with Teleflora due to the massive amount of business they receive through the service that they can't handle. They usually continue taking local business and if you call a florist in her area you save money (7-8 dollars) by not going through the teleflora services. You can usually still ask them to make an arrangement that is on the teleflora website if you see something you like.

7. Easiswet and cheapest way -
Call a florist where your mother lives and order from them. It's cheaper and the flowers are nicer than Tele-Florist and those types of places.

8. That's awesome!
A person can actually call a florist and have flowers delivered? Well, I'll be damned. What is this? Like, 1949, or something?

9. I do it all the time. Call a florist in the town where my mother lives
and give my CC number. The florist I deal with is l mile away from where my mother lives.

It's so much cheaper, better flowers and more convenient and you talk w/ a REAL person. LOL!

12. Send her a gift card. Flowers are so expensive. You can send an email
Edited on Sat May-13-06 05:53 AM by lindisfarne
saying the gift card will be mailed (but mail it such that it can't be felt through the envelope; gift cards are like cash).

Or, make a donation to a charity in her name; heiferinternational.org is a good one. *I know; not all moms would appreciate a charitable donation.*
