Had a tooth extracted today
What fun. Broken molar from a filling I got when I was 7 that fell out. It feels like I took a punch to the right side of my jaw.

So, how was your day?

4. It really isn't bad right now
It was really weird before the anesthetic wore off, and half my jaw was asleep

5. Owie!
That'll hurt for a couple of days. I'm sorry!

(In other dental news, I had a temporary crown pop off this evening. My permanent crown won't be ready until next week, so they said they'd pop the temporary back on tomorrow.)

Dental Diet.

I got a permanent crown on my long-problematic tooth today. Several weeks ago I had a root canal and was in your position - not fun. I can sympathize. I was reduced to eating spoonfuls of hummus for about three days. Take it easy, my friend. :pals:

I'm looking forward to getting one out in the next couple of months (when I get the gumption). x(

It was hot, hot, HOT here today. 86F. Remember - it's May, and it's northern Alberta.

14. My dear EstimatedProphet!
That sounds like not much fun!

Thank goodness for pain killers, huh?

My day was....meh...

Stayed home, did laundry, DU'ed, cooked some rhubarb, made dinner, etc etc...

Oh,yes, and my gardeners came over! They did a killer job on my over-grown, weedy yard! :woohoo:

THAT was this morning, though.....the rest of the day was downhill....

Feel better soonest!

17. I'm sorry to hear.
But hey, there's a fun side! Beneath my old dentist was a nice little cafeteria, where you could sit outside and see the lake. It was soooooooo much fun to go after a local anesthesia there and drink a coffee, not noticing that half of every sip you took ran down your chin.

Just the looks of the people going by were somewhat weird ... ;)
