Family fun with pre-teens and teens - DDR Karaoke.
I just can't recommend this game enough, I've had so much fun playing with my 15 yo and 16 yo - and they have fun too (mostly because I suck and they can beat me).

My daughter has had her teenage friends over, both boys and girls and they love to play.

We played it at my son's birthday party and my nieces and nephews from 7yo to 11yo love it.

If you have a game console and want to spend some fun time with your kids, check it out.:)

2. My 7 yo nephew is so funny. He was singing "I Love Rock and
Roll" (?) and his lyrics were "put another dime in the juicebox, baby."

I'm sure he has no idea what a jukebox is.:)

4. Did you play the dance one? I have ONE song down pat on that
and I can't tell you how many tries it took me. I know I'd never beat my kids or come close with that.:)

5. Yeah, the dance one.
We did Days Go By. That little boy can dance. He's starting to experiment with doing turns and fancy arm stuff. I think the only reason he loses any points at all is because his little legs are too short to reach the pads all the time.

7. What is that? My son has a guitar but has no idea how to play it.
It sounds like something he might like.

8. He would like it, hell I've yet to run into someone who doesn't
It's one of my favorite social videogames because it's one that's managed to break the gender barrier. Both males and females have a blast with this game. Same concept as DDR, and it's PS2 based. For a controller you buy a minature version of a guitar, looks something like this.

Once you have everything all set up you have a list of dozens of classic rock and roll songs to play. Needless to say we've had some really fun drunken nights with this thing.

google it for more info, it's really a great game.
