I wasn't at all nervous, really. (Thank all for that!) :)

I did mess up, though, noticeably, for several measures, in my second piece. x( I was still better than almost everybody else, since a lot of my teacher's other students are between the ages of 6 and 10 or 12.

Oh well.

Doesn't stay in tune very long. x(

Fortunately, my piano teacher and my grandmother are working on my parents, trying to get them to agree to an upgrade to a full-sized upright, or even a baby grand. My grandmother will chip in on the costs....Things are looking up...

8. Good deal. Spinets don't stay in tune because the strings are so short.

An upright would be better; a baby grand ideal.

Every house should have a piano.
