1. oohh... thanks for that update!
I love Project Runway! I just read this week that Heidi Klum is pregnant again... I think this season is probably already filmed? If not, it'll make 2 seasons in a row that she'll be pregnant!

3. thanks again!
I still think Jay from Season 1 was the best! I live in Houston where Chloe Dao has her shop, and I drive by it, (I haven't been in it), and it looks the same as it did before her win. I understand her sister (the platinum blonde one) has opened a hair salon in the same shop.

4. i bought one of Jay's tshirts from the web site, i love him and i wish
they would have another installment of that show they did for him. Did you see "House of Boateng" on Sundance tonight? It's not on here until 9:00 but it looks really interesting.

I have it on my DVR line-up to be recorded at 1amCST! I started recording it earlier, but it interfered with something Mr. LD wanted to watch. So I'll catch it later. I have no idea who this Boetang guy is, but it looks fun, and I like to watch stuff about the fashion industry...

Are you going to see 'The Devil Wears Prada' next week? That looks like it will be a hoot! Meryl Streep, in the previews, sure seems to have studied Anna Wintour- even though she says she didn't!!

ps. I did see the special on Jay at the end of last season, and wish they'd have another installment. Whatever happened when he went in the hospital? I've forgotten... was it for headaches or leg aches or something?

6. i can't wait for that movie!! i've read that it's supposed to be a cross
between Wintour and Tina Brown. My daughter who is almost 12 also really wants to see it, she loves Project Runway and does the funniest Tim Gunn impression.

and apparently, they must share some classrooms with Parsons, because she says that some of the rooms that they film Project Runway in, are some of the same classrooms that she has! Love Tim Gunn! Carry on

ps. I loved the impersonations of Tim Gunn that that tall, weird guy did last season- they were spot on!

9. I'm looking forward to it
This year, I'm hoping one of their challenges is to design for someone who wears size 10 or larger.

If they DON'T do that challenge this time, I'll be writing to them to suggest it for next season.

I think it would be an important breakthrough for them to realize that they are presently designing clothes for about 1% of the population.

10. I love the show but...
there were a few times last season that I almost turned it off for good. There were several challenges that Santino should have been the one kicked off for. I was so shocked by this I read the fine print at the end of the credits and discovered that the producers have a say in who stays and who goes. So it really isn't just about talent and who made the best and worst pieces for each challenge, but about who will make better TV if they stay. Santino knew this going in and played them like violins.

I'll be watching the new season, of course, but if they pull such obvious shit like that again, I may just have to find something else to watch,. :(
