This sucks..
I climbed up 303 stairs the went up a bluff at Roche-A-Cri state park on saturday, and I'm still paying for it today. I did get some great pictures, though.

1. 1200+ steps at the first temple we visited in India
about an hours worth of massage helped enormously! Get some Tiger Balm or arnica gel too.

2. I climbed to the top of the Campanile of the Florentine Baptistry
414 steps of hell. By the end, I was swearing off my life of drinking and smoking, mostly because I was sure my life of drinking and smoking was going to end on those stairs. However, I lived and renounced my renuncation. I took some absolutely AMAZING photos from up there though.
