Poll question: Is Your Regular UPS Driver A HOTTIE?

I'm not talking about these temporary seasonal hires... I'm talking about the regular driver on your route or at your office.

Also... do you know if there's some sort of unspoken requirement that most all UPS drivers look sexy in brown shorts?

If you are there around 8:30am, it would be like a smorgasbord for you! :D

At one office I worked at we had a female UPS driver. She was attractive in an "I can kick your ass" sort of way. :D

the vast majority of UPS drivers are hot. Dunno why.... same thing for bottled-water deliverymen. All hot.

12. A young lady that worked for me a few years back

Ended up marrying our Fed Ex guy. I'm pretty sure she thought he was hot and hopefully she still does.

I think I've always been partial to Fed Ex guys. There was one that I remember fondly from back when I worked down in Miami.

8. I thought it was just me.

Here in Philly I always do a doubletake when I see a UPS truck. Nine times out of ten the UPS guy is a hottie. I'm starting to wonder if it's a prerequisite for the job. I guess they have to hire good looking people to keep those awful brown uniforms from being to unbearable to look at. Summers are good though, when they get to wear the shorts.

11. I don't know what they put in the water

at UPS facilities, but it certainly seems to result in some VERY pretty men. I'm very rarely seen an unattractive UPS driver-its like a career condition.

the first time she came by i was not home and she left me a little note telling me how much she loved my dogs. the next time she came by and i was home, she had bisciuts for the dogs and looked... well, like sylvia saint.

15. Yeah, but our FedEx guy is better. My office is near the loading pad

of the main library so I see 'em all. If I were'nt married, though, I'd seriously go after the DHL guy--not as great looking (quite acceptable, though) but funny, smart, and charming. And he always has an original compliment for me.

Where's my wedding ring again? Oh, yeah, in the top right drawer!

17. The UPS guy who delivers in my neighborhood is

indeed a very attractive guy. He's a thirtysomething African American with a nice voice and a beautiful smile.

I had a crush on the UPS driver at an old job I had. We got lots of UPS deliveries, so I saw him two or three times a week. He was short, but he was put together right and yes, in the warmer weather, his legs looked just about all right in the shorts.

Actually, there were two of them who delivered there, they traded off the route from time to time. The other guy wasn't unattractive, but he struck me as kind of a slimeball -- he was in his early thirties and always had a big, lurid hickey on his neck. It was always in a different place, so I know it wasn't a birthmark. Ick.

Edited to add: And at one place where I worked, the UPS guy was a kid I had gone to school with.

19. Oh, yes.

He's polite, grins like he's not thinking of his paid work, and is a real bright part of the day.

When the weather gets warm, I always try to pull up on the driver's side of the UPS truck. No door, shorts, and almost always a lovely view. Hurry, summer!
