4. Yes, indeed.

:hug: I used to get paid monthly, but now I get paid biweekly. It's almost always the same. :( The only time it ever changes is if the deductions increase (most likely) or if my measly bonus (termed "incentive compensation") rolls around quarterly. Yeah, some bonus---most of it's eaten up by taxes, and the rest is just enough to go to the movies by myself. :P
