The cat's sneezing, maybe even coughing. What's up with that?

My cat's sneezes have been increasing in ferocity over the past few days and sometimes he acts like he has something stuck in his throat that he's sorta trying to cough up. Is this anything to be concerned about?

I posted before about his health problems: parasite, ear mites, anemia. Just as y'all predicted, that seems to be very much improved. But then this sneezing/coughing started and I don't know if it's all part of the other issues or something new, and also don't know if it's common. He's getting in a lot less trouble today (not zipping around the house, not knocking over my antiques), so he's also probably not feeling as frisky as has been the past few days.

He's about 5 months old.

Has a vet appt. in two weeks. Should I move it up?
