When we choose a font in the "internet options" do others see it

or do they see what THEY have chosen??

My sight is doing creepy things, and I am trying to find one that I like.. I have tried garamond, metro, and a bunch of others.. It needs to be bold, but not wide.. Help

BTW.. is there a trick to increase the font size in the "make a reply box"?? Nothing ever enlarges that.. I guess spell check will help..

(for those of you who know about my eye issues.. the Dr got the flu and had to cancel.. and in the meantime, I have had some blurred vision in my left eye :(..). (no real vision in my right)I should be getting an appointment after Christmas.. I'll keep you posted :)
