usually just for a couple of days, then it disappears.

but it sort of becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. If I am anxious about not being able to sleep, I won't sleep for sure.

3. I'm in a slightly better situation.
No sleep Sunday night, but I actually got about 4 hours of sleep last night. I'm exhausted, but I think I can function today. Hang in there. I hope you have a lot of good coffee available. And I hope you sleep long and hard tonight. :hug:
