Name some things you can't do after surgery
I can't audition for the spring Renaissance Festival this weekend.

I can't tryout for the pro soccer team, open tryouts this weekend, also.

Your turn. :hi:

But then again, I couldn't before the surgery, either.

6. Awww sorry.
I hope you feel better soon.

I've only had a tonsilectomy (at age 21). I couldn't swallow without screaming for a few days.

And 3 c-sections: couldn't laugh, cough, pick up anything, bend over, roll onto my side, stand upright, without screaming for a few months.

26. For me it was sleep...
I was going crazy from lack of sleep. I didn't want to take the Ambien the doc prescribed because I worried about becoming dependent on it. My doc convinved me to take it but I didn't. I used Trader Joe's bedtime tea and melatonin and they did the trick.

And I guess y'all don't want to hear about getting my bowels working again.

27. I couldn't sleep after my surgery in November.
The pain was awful. And I think the anesthesia was freaking me out, to be honest.

But I did do some gentle yoga about a week later, which was great. (And I do mean GENTLE!)

Again, hope you feel better very soon! :hi:
