Ron & Fez listeners?

I am starting to like them better than O&A.

1. i recall the ron & Ron show. it was local in Tampa Bay in the early 90s. Fez was part of that.

i despise most 'morning shows', but i liked them because they found ways to be funny with slamming on minorities, etc.

2. I am hooked on O&A

But Ron and Fez is just a waste of time for me, I just do not see what is entertaining about the show.
If I turn on XM 202 and it is Ron and Fez I change the station to anything else.

They are obviously popular and are doing well but I can't figure out why.

What is it about them that you like?

3. i was the same way...

they just seem to talk about more interesting things than O&A lately. I still like O&A though. It is really good when they have an AFRO show.

Been listening since the old "Ron and Fez dot com" days on WNEW. My wife prefers them to O&A - I have no preference. They were just magnificent in the weeks following 9/11 - opening up the phone lines and just being neighbors and letting people vent while being calm and sympathetic.

5. i like their subject matter a little more...

sports, wrestling, music, some politics.

and the Midnight Rider.
