Near car accident just now

It's snowing. I was looking out my window at the uphill road next to my apartment...an SUV was going uphill and lost control, hitting the curb on the left hand side and spinning so it was pointing nearly downhill. An oncoming cement truck slowed and steered around it, and an SUV behind the cement truck had to drive up onto the lawn since it couldn't stop in time to avoid the cement truck - and nearly drove into the original car.

Phew! Slow down, jackasses!

1. Roads are bad

here too and I hope people drive with care. Most drive too fast for conditions. I see it time and time again on my commute to work. I'm seriously thinking about calling in sick this morning just to avoid those idiots.
