Segment on evening news about high calorie restaurant food.
RT used to have calorie content on menu items.
Spokesman said they removed it "because customers said they didn't want to see that on the menu".

I call BULLSHIT!
I don't believe it.
I bet sales were down when people realized what fatty crap they were eating.

3. I saw the report on MSN

One of their dishes had 148 grams of fat! That's in ONE MEAL!!! :wtf:

The rest of them were pretty nauseating, too. I've eaten there, but not any of those dishes. They used to have really good steamed broccoli and I also liked the mashed cauliflower, too. Don't know if they still have it, haven't been there in a while. :shrug:

I was a mashed cauliflower addict! It was so good I looked forward to substituting that for any potato-type side. I asked for it once a few months ago, and the waitress said they weren't carrying it anymore. She didn't know why--said it had been popular. :shrug:

Man, RT is just trying to kill us with fat and calories, aren't they?

Ach, no matter. I don't like going there anyway. The last time I got a turkey "sandwich" it looked like somebody had stepped on it. Even the waitress looked at it askance (didn't offer to take it off the bill or anything though, of course.) Damn, man, they even got rid of the chocolate pudding at the salad bar! :thumbsdown:
