I took my Med-Surg final today...ask me anything!!!

Big test....lots of stress.

Test determines whether or not I continue on my degree track or not. Hoping for good news. I'm really nervous/excited.

I spent 6 hours studying for it yesterday..so I better do well. LOL.

Will have to wait and see though.

10. Hey, the first time I took the GRE, I studied all day in did poorly. The next time, I went out

and got roaring drunk, showed up bleary-eyed with 4 hours of sleep, and hit the 96th percentile.

And all this without having gone to a day of college...I took tests for other people as a living for a couple of years. (Yes, this was in the time before driver's licences with pictures.)

I'm thinking a loud, rowdy party with all of my classmates. There's about 30 of us now and we're pretty tight.

cadaver to a teaching hospital even more! I've been looking in to it -- much to the horror of my Jewish daughter.

Interestingly enough, I've learned that skin is harvested from cadavers for use in skin grafting for burn victims. Kinda cool IMO, but I admit to being a little wacked when it comes to this stuff.

I'm really psyched about getting through this. Now, I get to start on Obstetrics. Really happy about that too....esp since I want to end up working in a NICU (neonatal intensive care unit).
