I hope that link works.

Put the picture on a disk and then you can upload it onto his site. It basically gives the pic it's own wed address, put it on your browsers adress line. Right clik on the image hit PROPERTIES copy the URL address hit OK and then post it in the DU message box (this one) and off you go.
