Hey are there any Peter Case and/or Plimsouls fans hangin in the DU Lounge??

We saw a ROCKIN' PC show at McCabes Guitar Shop last Fri -- he is ON FIRE with healthy, patriotic, all-American GWB hate. And, he is gonna be performing next month on a site that has free webcasts (Kulaks Woodshack in No. Hollywood.)

Hey LA DU-ers, let's meet up at Kulaks in Feb to see Peter Case, he'll be doing a series (I forget 5 or 6?) of free "political awareness" themed musical nights, THEY WILL BE GREAT!!

Hey I will post here when they schedule those dates at Kulak's -- if you have a high-speed internet connection you can watch the show live but even a pokey dial up will get the audio. THE AUDIO WAS SO GREAT! Best show ever and a sold out, standing O crowd.

He was telling about travelling in Europe and saying "when you are an American travelling these days you get a lot of questions..." Then he played "Put Down Your Gun."

He is pretty popular in Ireland and Spain for whatever reasons and gave anti-GWB interviews there when the subject came up -- and when he came back he got an email from the Secret Service! He has this funny story about it maybe he will tell it at the Kulaks gigs...
